01 / AI APPLIED TO EACH ROLE

Artificial intelligence training
for business teams.

Artificial intelligence training for businesses starts with the team’s tasks. To begin with, we review what you do and the responses you need to check.

Sales

For example, prepare the next step in sales.

  • Draft emails and proposals.
  • Summaries of conversations.
  • Questions for a meeting.

Marketing

This helps you turn an idea into a first draft.

  • Content outlines.
  • Different versions of a message.
  • Review of tone and consistency.

Administration

You can also organise and work with information.

  • Document summaries.
  • Communication templates.
  • Organisation of sample data.

Management

Before deciding, assess uses thoughtfully.

  • Identify repetitive tasks.
  • Define boundaries for use.
  • Review responses before deciding.

These are examples of tasks we can work on. Before the workshop, we agree on the selection based on the group’s level, tools and needs.

The workshop is online. Your team can therefore take part from anywhere in Spain.

02 / LEARN TO ASK AND CHECK

An artificial intelligence exercise.
Three important decisions.

For example, preparing a sales follow-up email. In this case, the goal is to create a useful draft and understand what needs reviewing.

Artificial intelligence training exercise for businesses: provide context, give instructions and review the draft before sending it.
Example of a workshop exercise: from context to a draft reviewed by a person.
01 / CONTEXT

Provide enough information

To begin with, explain who you are writing to, what has been discussed and what you want to achieve. Also specify which data the tool may use.

02 / INSTRUCTION

Ask for a specific draft

Then define the tone, length and next step. In addition, separate sample data from statements that need to be checked.

03 / REVIEW

Decide before sending

Finally, check the facts, adjust the message and review the information you share. However, your team remains responsible.

Specifically, this is a training exercise, with no results attributed to clients. Preparing a draft also does not mean sending it automatically.

03 / THE WORKSHOP PROGRAMME

Artificial intelligence training programme for businesses.
3 sessions to move forward.

The artificial intelligence training programme for businesses is defined before the workshop. Below, you can explore the approach of each session.

Understand what AI can do and how to start.

To begin with, a shared starting point for using the tools thoughtfully.

  • To begin with, which tasks AI can reasonably support and which need more care.
  • After that, which information to provide and which data to avoid sharing.
  • Finally, how to check a response and recognise its limits.
PROPOSED EXERCISEFrom a vague request to a clear instruction.

For example, working with a simple task and sample data to compare responses.

Turn tasks from your role into useful instructions.

After that, practise using the examples agreed with the business and the roles taking part.

  • To begin with, provide context, objective, audience and format.
  • After that, prepare drafts of texts, summaries and communications.
  • Finally, correct and improve the response with follow-up instructions.
PROPOSED EXERCISEPrepare and review a draft for your role.

For example, a sales email, a content outline or a summary of information.

Apply what you have learned to a team task.

Finally, define how AI will be used and where people are involved.

  • To begin with, break a task into steps and choose where AI can help.
  • After that, define who reviews, what they check and what they decide.
  • Finally, identify further practice and training needs.
PROPOSED EXERCISEOutline a way to use AI for a specific task.

In particular, with clear inputs, instructions, review and boundaries. If you need to build an automation, we assess that as a separate project.

This approach is adapted to the agreed level and tasks. We therefore confirm the tools, exercises and materials in the proposal.

07 / QUESTIONS ABOUT THE TRAINING

Questions about training
in artificial intelligence for businesses.

Before choosing AI training for your team.

Is this artificial intelligence training for businesses or technical roles?

This artificial intelligence training for businesses focuses on sales, marketing, administration and management. To begin with, we review the group’s level. If you need technical development, integrations or specialist training, we assess that scope separately.

Do we need previous experience with artificial intelligence?

We can offer a starting point for a team that is new to AI. To begin with, we review the group’s level and tools. Then we define the exercises.

What does artificial intelligence training for businesses include?

Specifically, it includes six hours online, in three two-hour sessions, for up to ten participants. Preparation and materials are also included. Before you commit, we confirm the programme, dates and terms.

Can we work on tasks from our business?

Yes. We agree on the tasks based on the group’s level and available tools. For example, we can practise with fictional data. Before using information from your business, we review what can be shared and which permissions are needed.

Which tools and licences are needed?

These are specified in the proposal based on the tasks chosen. We also state the accounts, permissions and licences or usage required. You do not need to choose a tool before the first meeting.

What if we have more than 10 participants?

This workshop is designed for up to ten people. If you need a larger group, we explore how to organise it. We then prepare a proposal with that scope.

Does artificial intelligence training for businesses include automations?

The workshop teaches you to use AI and review its responses. However, building and integrating a process is a separate service. You can explore our approach to implementation.

Does the free meeting already book the workshop?

No. To begin with, Calendly books the initial 30-minute meeting to assess your needs. We then agree on the workshop dates and booking terms.
