Raúl García brings 22 years of experience to the team developing businesses, sales teams and marketing departments. In recent years, he has also applied artificial intelligence to improve business processes.

What you need to know to make an informed decision.
Is the first meeting the assessment?
The first meeting is free and lasts around 30 minutes. Specifically, it helps us understand the need and assess the next step. You can then book an assessment with analysis and a roadmap. Before we start, we confirm its scope and terms.
Do I need to choose an artificial intelligence tool?
No. You can start with a task and the tools you already use. To begin with, we assess whether applying artificial intelligence for SMEs to that process makes sense and what it requires.
What does the artificial intelligence workshop for SMEs include?
Six hours of online training, split into three two-hour sessions, for a group of up to ten participants. Preparation and materials are also included. Before the workshop, we specify the dates and terms in the proposal for your business.
How are automations charged?
Creation and setup are commissioned as a project with an agreed scope. If you need additional processes, we prepare another proposal. However, work already included is not charged again as an extra.
Is there a mandatory monthly fee?
Maintenance is optional: we agree on the processes covered, support and adjustments included. If you want further improvements, the plan defines the work commissioned. It also states which additions require another proposal.
Are licences and usage costs included?
Licences, hosting and usage costs are listed separately in the proposal. We also specify the accounts required and who pays each provider.
Can I ask about training without an implementation project?
Yes. You can ask about training without needing an implementation project. The academy on Skool is in preparation. Before offering places, we will therefore define the resources, activities and practice tools.
How long does artificial intelligence implementation take?
Specifically, it depends on the process, connections, data and access available. After reviewing those requirements, we set the schedule in the proposal.
